Between the beautiful quiet hills of Axarquia, only 22 kilometres inland from the lively Torre del Mar, you will find the wonderful  villa “Aventurero”. The  villa “Aventurero” has a unique location with a magnificent view over the lake and the valley of Viñuela and the mountains of Sierra Tejeda. When the sky is clear, the mountains of Sierra de Alhama are visible. One of the biggest mountain tops “La Maromoa” is 2014 meters high. During wintertime “La Maroma”is even snow capped which is a wonderful sight. Because of the quiet location you will feel completely free. You have a great view and a lot of space and you will escape your busy everyday life. It is not without reason that the villa has been called “Aventurero”(adventurer).

This magnificent Moresque villa is surrounded by vineyards and almond trees. Down hill you will find pomegranate trees alongside a streamlet. The centuries old olive tree offers a wonderful shade during the hottest time of the day for a moment of relaxation. From the sun terrace you have a wonderful view. This lovely freestanding ground floor villa offers living and sleeping accommodations for six persons. The villa has a floor surface of 109 square meters. The total private property is 5550 square meters of which 1200 square meters is flat. The swimming pool (8 x 4 m) is connected to the terrace by a tile path. All accommodations are accessible by a wheelchair. The big terrace (75 square meters) is covered by a pergola and has a brick barbecue. The terrace and swimming pool are equipped with comfortable sitting and lounge chairs.

Parking space for three cars is available on the property.
The interior decoration of the villa is new and comfortable. It has a terra cotta flagstone floor which is extended to the terrace.

The whole villa is equipped with under floor heating, central heating and air conditioning. The cosy living room has two sofas, an armchair and a TV connection to the satellite dish (ASTRA). The living room has four sliding doors to the big terrace. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, a four pit ceramic stove, a microwave, a hot air oven and a combined fridge. The dinner table has six chairs. The scullery is supplied with a washing machine and an extra freezer.

The villa has three spacious bedrooms two of which with each two single beds. These bedrooms have a common bathroom with a shower and a wash cabinet. The third bedroom has a double bed, its own bathroom, double wash cabinets, a bathtub and a 2nd toilet. All the bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and spring mattresses.
